BOMBA NI ERAP
The series of bombings in Metro Manila, which left more than a dozen people dead and scores wounded, was truly the handiwork of terrorists or people who have no regard for lives lost just to pursue their own agenda.

It is deplorable enough that the bombings targeted innocent civilians two days before the celebration of the New Year and three days before the resumption of the Senate Impeachment Hearing

The government was quick to put the blame to its traditional scapegoats namely the New People's Army, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Abu Sayyaff but press releases made by spokesmen of the different groups concerned brushed aside the government's charges and promptly denied their groups involvement in the bombings.

The manner and the timing by which the bombing was done drew a lot of speculations from the Filipino people on who perpetrated it and who will benefit from the incidents.

Is it the Left, the Right, the MILF, the Abu Sayyaff, the Opposition or the Administration?
Granting for the sake of argument the rebels perpetrated the bombings. What benefit would they gain from it, if any? They have learned their lessons a long time ago that targeting innocent civilians in their struggle against the government only resulted to loss of support and sympathy to their cause.

Same with the Right, they've learned their bitter lesson after the series of Coup de Etat's during the Aquino administration.

How about the MILF and the Abu Sayyaff? With the on-going conflict in Mindanao, these groups are on the run and they don't have the capability to launch an attack in the Metropolis.

Same with the Opposition, they don't need these stunts especially now that the support base and popularity of the President is waning because of the revelations made by credible witnesses in the on-going Impeachment Trial.

The kind of explosives used and the manner it was executed clearly points to a group of professional who has the training and resources to undertake such terrorists activities!

The logical suspects are the people in Malacanang who are now desperate and will do whatever dirty tricks in the book just to prolong their stay in power.

The capture of the Abu Sayyaff members a few days before the bombing complete with grenades and other paraphernalia for sowing terror in the metropolis is just one part of the grand plan by the administration's spin doctors to condition the mind of the populace and paint a scenario of chaos in the country as a prelude for Erap's declaring a National State of Emergency!

Shades of Martial Law, huh! Remember the series of bombings and Enrile's staged ambush during the Marcos years?

The rebels nor the opposition do not have the capability to engage in such activities involving powerful explosives such sa C4 (not TNT as what the AFP and the PNP claims) which is only available to the military and the elite units of the PNP (e.g. PAOCTF).

The uncharacteristic silence of the head of the PNP plus the unsynchronized and confusing statements issued by the President and other administration officials regarding the matter further fueled the suspicions that the Palace is behind the bombings.

All this machinations by Erap and his ilk in their desperate attempt to stay in power will not prosper for the Filipino people knows Evil when they see one!

To sum it all, this is the only thing that the Pinoy on the streets want to say...

Mr. President, Style Mo BULOK!

Sobra Na! Tama Na! Mag- Resign Ka Na!

Resign or Be Impeached!

Patalsikin Ang Sanggano Sa Malacanang!
