About TAE Mo!
The idea of naming the web site-TAE Mo, literally gross as it may seem was conceived by two jobless "Sunog-bagas" over a bottle of Henyebra (Yes, Pareng Erap, we can't afford Johnnie Walker Blue nor Moet Et Chandon!) and Tinapa as pulutan one humid November evening while discussing the current political crisis confronting the Erap Presidency.Why Tae mo? As the name implies, it has to do with how an ordinary Pinoy, the man on the streets, the Masa would like to say or throw at the President for all his lies and excesses that he committed against the Filipino people and unmindful to all the sufferings around him! Thus,Taumbayan Against Erap was born! This will serve as a venue for all the Pinoys and Pinays out there to say in any language they want as long as they are able to express their sentiments on the current moral and political crisis that is engulfing the country today, Welcome & Mabuhay! Yeah, you read it right! The President and I are namesakes. The similarities end there, though.
He's Erap while I'm Ebak to friends and associates although mas mabantot na ang 'alan nya ngayon! Hehe.
He drinks Johnnie Walker Blue while I take Ginebra and Lambanog anytime.
He has his Caviar while I have my Bagoong.
He is fond of Lechon while I'm satisfied with Galunggong.
He has many Mansions while I'm stuck in my Barumbarong
He has a Harem to cheer him up while I'm contented with my wife.
Money is not a problem to him while I had to eke out everyday just to earn it.But this I can say, that I can look anybody straight in the eye and tell him that what I have now is the product of my blood, sweat and tears after years of toiling under the sun at HINDI NAKAW SA BAYAN!
